Booking
Booking Sweet Dreams Villa
Guests can request a direct stay through Sweet Dreams or book through Airbnb or Vrbo. Direct requests are personally reviewed before confirmation.
Marketplace options
Guests may also book through Airbnb or Vrbo if they prefer to use one of those platforms.
Guest count
The base rate is $600 per night and covers up to 5 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person per night, and all overnight guests must be registered in advance.
Payment terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Security deposit
A refundable $500 USD security deposit is collected at booking and returned after checkout if no damage has occurred.
Cancellation
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After 24 hours, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable. Sweet Dreams Villa strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your group's investment in the event of unexpected changes.
Arrival
Arrival, check-in, and gate access
A smooth arrival starts before your group lands. Sweet Dreams can help coordinate transportation, flight timing, and first-day needs.
Check-in
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is not available as we often have guests departing the same day and need the full time to prepare the villa to the standard you deserve.
Early flight arrivals
If your flight lands before check-in, your driver can take your group to a local beach or restaurant for an additional fee, hold luggage, and bring you to the villa at 3:00 PM.
Check-out
Check-out is 11:00 AM. Before leaving, turn off all lights and AC units and leave your gate card with staff.
Gate access
Guests are issued a gate access card upon arrival, which must be returned to staff at the end of the stay. Lost or unreturned gate cards will incur a replacement fee of $250 USD.
Practical note
Because the villa is large, water may need to run briefly before reaching the taps at your desired temperature.

Chef service is optional and planned day by day around your group. Choose breakfast, lunch, dinner, or all three on selected days.
Pricing
Chef service is $10 per person, per meal, plus grocery costs and a $50 shopping fee per trip. Two mains per meal are included; each additional main is $5 per person for lunch or dinner and $3 per person for breakfast. Final grocery costs are confirmed by Sweet Dreams.

Chef service requires at least 5 days advance notice.
Menu style
Expect authentic Jamaican dishes served family style, including oxtail with butter beans, jerk chicken, escovitch fish, peppered shrimp, ackee and saltfish, Jamaican omelettes, and banana pancakes.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Allergies and special requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping and laundry
Some refresh services are included automatically based on stay length, and optional add-ons can be requested for extra support.
1-4 nights
Mid-stay towel refresh on request: $25 for up to 6 guests, plus $5 per additional guest, max $50.
5-6 nights
Mid-stay towel refresh on Day 3 is complimentary.
7 nights
Extended stay refresh on Day 3 or 4: fresh towels, bed linens, bathroom refresh, kitchen refresh, general tidy, sweep and mop. $150 USD.
8-14 nights
Two extended stay refreshes every 3-4 days. $250 USD.
15+ nights
Recurring refreshes every 3 days, confirmed at booking.
Optional add-ons
Kitchen clean-up: $25/day for up to 6 guests, +$5 per additional guest, max $75/day. Full housekeeping: $50/day for up to 6 guests, +$10 per additional guest, max $120/day. Laundry: $25 per load. All pricing in USD.

Grocery pre-stocking
Arrive to a stocked villa kitchen with local market staples, Jamaican favorites, fresh produce, beverages, and group essentials.
Lead time
Grocery requests require a minimum of 5 days advance notice.
Shopping fee
A $50 shopping fee applies. Final grocery pricing is confirmed after purchase and may vary based on market availability.
Guest favorites
Popular requests include tropical fruit, Red Stripe, Blue Mountain Coffee, rum cream, plantain chips, patties, seafood, snacks, and pantry basics.
Alcohol tip
Premium or imported spirits are often best purchased duty-free at your departure airport or at Sangster International Airport on arrival.

These policies help protect the villa, staff, guests, and the gated community experience.
Visitors
Management must be advised of any visitors entering the property. Day visitors must be approved in advance. Overnight guests are $50 per person per night and must be registered in advance.
Parties
Parties are permitted only with prior management approval. Contact Sweet Dreams in advance to discuss your plans.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may smoke on the back patio, near the pool, or in outdoor common areas.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome. Guests may bring their own or ask for local decorator recommendations. All decorations should be removed and disposed of before checkout.
Property access
Management may access the premises if necessary. Privacy is respected, and advance notice is provided where possible.
