What time is check-in?

Check-in is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is not available as we often have guests departing the same day and need the full time to prepare the villa to the standard you deserve. If your flight arrives before 3:00 PM, your driver can take your group to a local beach or restaurant for an additional fee, hold your luggage, and bring you to the villa right at check-in time.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 11:00 AM. Before leaving, please turn off all lights and AC units and leave your gate card with our staff.

How do guests get gate access?

Guests will receive an access card after check-in for all future gate access. Loss of any card will result in a $250 replacement fee.

How is the Wi-Fi?

Sweet Dreams Villa is powered by Starlink — fast, reliable internet throughout the villa, ideal for larger groups who need multiple devices connected at once.

Are parties allowed?

Parties are permitted subject to prior approval by management. Please contact us in advance to discuss your plans.

Are decorations allowed?

Decorations are welcome at Sweet Dreams Villa. Guests are free to bring and set up their own decorations to make the space feel special. If you'd prefer a professional touch, we're happy to recommend trusted local decorators. We simply ask that all decorations are removed and properly disposed of prior to checkout.

What is the visitor policy?

Management must be advised of any visitors entering the property. Visitors are welcome during the day but must be approved in advance. Any guests who stay overnight are subject to an additional fee of $50 per person per night. All overnight guests must be registered in advance.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke on the back patio, near the pool, or in any of the outdoor common areas.

How does guest count affect pricing?

Providing an accurate guest count at the time of booking is essential to ensure correct pricing. The base rate covers up to 4 guests; each additional guest is $50 per person per night. Your final total will be shown after entering your dates and guest count. Sweet Dreams Villa accommodates up to 20 guests across 11 beds, and rates are structured to reflect varying water and electricity usage — smaller groups benefit from lower per-person costs due to reduced consumption. All additional guests must be registered in advance and are subject to our visitor policy.

How does chef service work?

Chef service is optional and must be reserved in advance. Guests can choose breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner for selected days. Chef service is $10 per person per meal, plus groceries and a $50 shopping fee. Groups under 6 require a minimum of 3 days advance notice; groups of 6 or more require a minimum of 7 days. How much lead time is needed for grocery pre-stocking?

Grocery requests require a minimum of 5 days advance notice. Sweet Dreams will review availability and confirm final pricing after shopping at local markets. Market availability may affect the final selection.

What housekeeping is available?

The following housekeeping services are included automatically based on your stay length:

  • 1-4 nights: mid-stay towel refresh on request — $25 for up to 6 guests, +$5 per additional guest, max $50
  • 5-6 nights: mid-stay towel refresh on Day 3 — complimentary
  • 7 nights: extended stay refresh on Day 3 or 4 — $150 USD
  • 8-14 nights: two extended stay refreshes every 3-4 days — $250 USD
  • 15+ nights: recurring refreshes every 3 days — confirmed at booking

Optional add-on services available on request:

  • Kitchen clean-up: $25/day for up to 6 guests, +$5 per additional guest, max $75/day
  • Full housekeeping: $50/day for up to 6 guests, +$10 per additional guest, max $120/day
  • Laundry: $25 per load

How do airport transfers work?

Every booking includes a $100 round-trip airport transfer credit. Our professional drivers confirm your flight details 24–48 hours before arrival. Transportation rates include up to 5 guests, with $15 per person added over 5 guests. If you'd like to stop for groceries, lunch, or the beach on the way to the villa, your driver can arrange this at an additional cost. Additional transportation and excursions are quoted separately. Can we bring our own alcohol to the villa?

Absolutely. We recommend purchasing premium or imported spirits duty-free at your departure airport or at Sangster International Airport on arrival — foreign brands can be significantly more expensive at local markets. Local favorites like Jamaican rum, Red Stripe, and local wines are available through our grocery pre-stocking service.

Can Sweet Dreams help arrange excursions and activities?

Yes — from Dunn's River Falls and Blue Hole to catamaran cruises, sunset sails, and cultural tours, we can connect you with trusted local providers. Ask our concierge for recommendations tailored to your group.

Can management access the villa during our stay?

Yes — management may access the premises if necessary. We respect your privacy at all times and will always aim to provide advance notice where possible.

How are direct reservations confirmed?

After submitting your request, Sweet Dreams will personally review and confirm your stay within 24 hours, then reach out with payment details and next steps.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sweet Dreams Villa has the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking — full refund
  • Cancel after 24 hours — 50% deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancel within 30 days of arrival — full amount is non-refundable

Sweet Dreams Villa strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your group's investment in the event of unexpected changes.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $500 USD is collected at booking and returned following checkout, provided no damage has occurred during the stay. We accept credit card and PayPal.
