How it works
From request to payout
- 1
Apply and complete probation
Submit your profile and documents for review. Once approved, complete 1–3 probation engagements, with an admin review before regular status.

A chef request comes in
A guest requests a private chef with their dates, guest count, package, and menu preferences.

We dispatch the engagement
We turn the request into a job on the board with everything you need — dates, party size, dietary notes, and menu.
- 4
You get the job
Review your timed offer, menu, allergies, service dates, and pay. Accept in your portal before the deadline.
- 5
You confirm and cook
Move the engagement through preparing → on site → serving → completed in your portal as you prep and cook for the guests.

You get paid
When the engagement is completed a payout is generated automatically. We settle by cash or bank transfer — your choice.

Required documents and photos

- Food handler’s permitA readable photo or PDF of your food handler’s permit.
JPG, PNG, or WebP photos, up to 4 MB each. Licenses, permits, and insurance may also be PDF. Upload a clear image with all details readable. Have the files saved on the phone or computer you will use to apply.
Details to have handy
- Your full name, an email address you can access, and a password for your account.
- A phone or WhatsApp number, your base location, and years of experience.
- A brief work history and whether you attended culinary school. If yes, have the school name ready.
- Your favourite dishes and villa or hotel experience. You can enter “None yet” for villa or hotel experience.
- Specialty restaurants, if any (optional).
