Our chefs specialize in authentic Jamaican cuisine prepared fresh in your villa and served buffet style. Expect signature dishes like oxtail with butter beans, jerk chicken, escovitch fish, and peppered shrimp alongside traditional breakfast favorites like ackee and saltfish, Jamaican omelettes, and banana pancakes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available throughout.

Chef service pricing
Costs
- Chef Service: $10 per person, per meal
- Each meal includes your choice of up to 2 mains, 2 sides and 1 dessert per meal.
- Additional dishes:
- Breakfast: $3 per person, per additional dish
- Lunch or Dinner: $5 per person, per additional dish
- Grocery costs: based on selections, confirmed by Sweet Dreams Villa
- Minimum 4 guests for chef meals.
- Grocery shopping fee: $50 per trip.
- Grocery costs vary by menu: fried chicken and vegetarian dishes cost less; oxtail, curry goat and seafood cost more.
Booking requirements
- Five days’ notice preferred. Short-notice requests are welcome and subject to confirmation.
All pricing in USD. Gratuities welcome in USD or local currency.
