  • • Airport transfer: $50 per trip for up to 5 guests. Additional guests are $15 per person, per direction.
  • • Beach / Hip Strip transfers, Negril & Dunn’s River round trips, and full-day private drivers — quoted per route.
  • • Island tours, weddings, corporate, and multi-stop custom trips — we confirm a quote before you pay.

No — transportation is open to anyone in Jamaica: hotel, Airbnb, cruise, or business travelers.

How do I pay?

Submit your request and review the approved price and payment instructions. Transportation is prepaid; follow the deadline on your approved order.

When is my driver confirmed?

Transportation is prepaid. Price approval, driver arrangements and payment are separate steps. Follow the payment deadline and confirmation instructions on your approved order; contact our team if anything is unclear.

Can you handle custom or multi-stop trips?

Yes. Choose 'Custom' when booking and we'll confirm a quote before any payment.

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations receive no refund. If the driver arrives and the guest does not show up, the full prepaid fare is non-refundable. If the driver fails to show up, the fare for that pickup is refunded, less the disclosed actual Stripe fees, subject to your mandatory rights. Refunds are reduced by the disclosed actual Stripe fees; see the calculation before paying.

Refund fees before you pay

Stripe refunds are reduced by the actual Stripe processing fees retained from the original payment and any fee Stripe actually charges to issue the refund. For a partial refund, only the proportional share of the original processing fee is deducted: original retained processing fee multiplied by the amount being refunded before fee deductions, divided by the original payment amount. Any actual fee for issuing that refund is added to this deduction. Each original fee is allocated only once across refunds; total deductions cannot exceed the amount otherwise refundable. No additional Sweet Dreams refund fee is charged. The amount or this calculation is disclosed before payment, and the refund breakdown is provided when a refund is arranged. Mandatory rights concerning refunds remain unaffected.
